This initial phase, taking the time to learn about your agency, your fundraising goals, and to make initial contact with possible funding sources, is usually completed in 7-10 days.

After the initial deposit of $350, the actual proposal writing rate is $100 per hour and typically take 3 to 6 hours. Often times, several proposals can be worked on at the same time.

Since every client has unique needs it is difficult to give an accurate estimate of cost or return until after we meet. Most will typically experience a return of $15-$150 for each dollar spent on the process. It is important to remember that building successful relationships with funders is the goal. Once your agency has been funded, it is easier to reapply each year.
